WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
In your role as an Account Manager, no day will be the same. You can expect to:
1. Visit sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, listening, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
2. Demonstrate innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site.
3. Develop ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
4. Manage operational, organizational, and strategic aspects of your sales area, utilizing the Salesforce CRM system effectively.
