Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to support our clients client base within the End-Point Assessment (EPA) apprenticeship sector. This is a fully home-based role, requiring strong self-management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships remotely. You will manage employer and training provider accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery while driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management * Act as the primary point of contact for assigned employers and training providers * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through virtual engagement (video, phone, email) * Conduct regular remote account reviews and performance meetings * Provide expert guidance on EPA processes and best practice EPA Service Delivery Support * Liaise with internal EPA operations teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery * Track apprentice progress through the EPA pipeline and keep clients informed * Manage and resolve client queries or escalations efficiently Compliance & Sector Knowledge * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apprenticeship standards and EPA requirements * Ensure all activity aligns with regulatory expectations * Support clients in understanding compliance and funding co...
