Procurement & Logistics Assistant
Salary: £24-27k depending on experience
Location: London Bridge
Hours: 9-5:30pm - role will be full time office based

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a knack for procurement and logistics? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a vibrant design company located in the heart of London Bridge, is looking for a dedicated Procurement & Logistics Assistant to support their project teams and contribute to their dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities:
* Placing orders with suppliers and managing the procurement process.
* Receiving and reviewing quotes.
* Overseeing the purchasing and approval of supplier invoices.
* Addressing order queries and keeping the system updated with new orders.
* Ensuring company systems are current with delivery and logistical information.
* Taking on any additional duties as required to support the team.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar role, showcasing your administrative skills.
* Availability to start immediately or on short notice is a plus!
* Strong customer service skills.
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel.
* Fantastic problem-solving abilities.
* A self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
