Role: Teaching Assistant
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum + £1,000 Welcome Bonus
Location: Horley
Hours: 40 hours per week - Term Time Only

Your Role:
* Support learning activities and curriculum delivery.
* Assist pupils with varying educational needs.
* Monitor behaviour and provide structured feedback.
* Adapt support strategies to meet individual needs.
* Encourage high expectations and independence.
Essential Criteria:
* Experience working with children.
* Patient, adaptable and team-oriented.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
