Hourly Paid Associates/Workers (Teaching Related) for PhD Students
We are seeking current PhD students for a range of opportunities across the Department of English on an hourly paid basis. These short-term, ad hoc hours provide support to our students through various roles.
You will support the academic team by providing teaching and guidance to students. A positive attitude and the ability to contribute effectively to a team are essential.
Roles include:
* Tutor (£17.21/hr)
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet objectives
* Use of initiative to handle diverse issues and challenges appropriately
* A degree or equivalent experience in your subject area and currently working towards a PhD
* Previous teaching experience
