This is a pivotal role supporting large-scale transformation across HR, IT, Finance, Business Systems, and Operations, with a strong focus on Target Operating Model (TOM) design, discovery, and stakeholder engagement. The Opportunity You will work at the heart of strategic change initiatives, shaping how the organisation evolves its processes, systems, and operating model. The role requires a commercially aware Business Analyst who can bridge business and technology teams while driving clarity from complex environments. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery activities to define business needs, pain points, and opportunities Elicit, analyse, and document requirements across HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and Business Systems Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM) Facilitate stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and requirements gathering sessions Map current and future state processes, identifying efficiencies and transformation opportunities Produce high-quality documentation including business cases, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications Collaborate with project managers, architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation Support change management and user adoption activities Required Experience Proven Business Analyst experience within financial services (banking, insurance, wealth, or related sectors) Demonstrated delivery across multi-functional programmes spanning HR, IT, Finance, and Operations Strong experience in TOM design and business transformation initiatives Skilled in stakeholder management at all levels, including senior leadership Experience facilitating discovery sessions and training workshops Core Skills & Methodologies Business Analysis & Transformation Requirements elicitation and management Process mapping (As-Is / To-Be) Business case development Gap analysis and impact assessment Operating Model & Change Target Operating Model (TOM) design Organisational change and business readiness Operating model governance Delivery Frameworks Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies User stories, backlog management, acceptance criteria UAT planning and support Tools & Techniques Process modelling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN) Collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, Miro) Data analysis using Excel or equivalent Desirable Professional certifications (BCS Business Analysis, CBAP, Agile certifications) Experience working within regulated environments Knowledge of financial services compliance and governance Why Apply This role offers the opportunity to influence meaningful transformation within a complex, regulated environment.
