Job Title : Live Event Producer Location : Ashridge House, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 1NS Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing Shifts : Monday – Friday 8:30-5:30, flexibility required including evenings and weekends to deliver events. The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has been working in an event management or production position, designing, and delivering large and complex events. You will work with our existing network and build new relationships to bring together artists, designers, and creative practitioners to deliver exciting programmes which drive visitor numbers and bring to life the ‘Ashridge House Experience’. Our current programme includes; Festive Light Trail, Summer Art Exhibition, Outdoor Cinemas and Foodie Experiences! Successful candidates will have a passion for creating engaging and innovative experiences for a variety of visitor types. You will have experience translating complex ideas into enjoyable, quality live events for visitors, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You’ll have a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget while meeting stretching commercial targets. If this sounds like the right challenge for you, we would love to hear from you! What will you be doing?
1. Manage current programme and events including planning, ticketing, execution, operational delivery, and post-event.
2. Ensure a quality visitor journey both digitally and on-site.
3. Manage budget and ensure the financial success of each project.
4. Develop, implement, and manage new event concepts.
5. Generate positive community engagement and grow target audiences.
6. Leverage existing Ashridge House facilities (e.g., our Grade II* listed garden) to increase visitor numbers year-round.
