About the Role:
Our client is growing financial services firm based in Aberdeen City Centre, and we’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Practice Manager/Senior IFA Administrator to lead their administration team. You’ll be the engine behind their operations—ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the office while directly line managing a team of 3–4 administrators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage daily office operations
* Allocate and monitor team workload to ensure efficiency and accuracy
* Support financial advisers with high-level administrative tasks
* Maintain compliance standards and client service excellence
* Drive process improvements and support business growth
