Monarch Education is recruiting a committed and ambitious English Teacher for a full‑time supply role in a secondary school based in the NG6 area. The position starts in September and will run for at least one term, with the possibility of continuing beyond.
This role sits within a supportive and collaborative English department in a school that is focused on improving outcomes and fostering a positive learning environment. We are looking for a qualified teacher with strong subject knowledge and recent experience within UK secondary schools. The candidate should be confident in managing behaviour and able to adapt teaching to meet the needs of students of varying abilities. Applications are welcome from experienced teachers and strong Early Career Teachers seeking valuable classroom experience.
To be considered, you must hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification, and either hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
