Legal Secretary (Conveyancing)

£25,000 - £30,000 + Training + Competitive Salary

In this varied role, you will be a key part of our conveyancing team, assisting solicitors with preparing legal documentation, managing client files, liaising with third parties, and ensuring all aspects of the conveyancing process run smoothly from start to finish.
This role would suit a Legal Secretary or similar with conveyancing knowledge, who is confident in managing a busy caseload and passionate about delivering high-quality client care.
THE ROLE
Draft and manage conveyancing documents
Liaise with clients and third parties
Maintain case files and handle correspondence
Support solicitors with daily admin tasks
THE PERSON
Conveyancing experience essential
Strong admin and IT skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator
