This IP/Data Lawyer role is based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh and represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal professional to step into a well-respected team with a strong reputation and a clear path for progression.
This is a pivotal role in a growing team where you'll advise a wide-ranging client base across complex matters, working alongside legal specialists who are recognised for their deep sector expertise. Our client offers real flexibility around PQE, with a sweet spot of 6-8 years, but all experienced candidates will be considered.

The Role:
* Advise on a broad spectrum of IP, data protection, and information law matters

* Play an integral role in supporting and guiding clients through regulatory change and compliance matters
The Person:
* Ideally 6-8 years PQE, though all levels of relevant experience will be considered
* Strong technical background in intellectual property and data protection law
* Experience advising on commercial contracts, IP licensing, and privacy issues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-focused approach
* Motivated, pragmatic, and client-orientated with strong commercial acumen
