Your impact (IT focus)
* Be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT queries and troubleshooting.
* Prepare and configure laptops, mobiles, user accounts and permissions (Microsoft 365/Windows).
* Help with software updates, installs, patching and basic networking tasks.
* Keep asset registers and documentation accurate and up to date.
* Contribute to project work (e.g., ERP rollout, testing, writing user guides).
* Champion good cyber security and data protection practices.
Plus a smaller slice (Digital & Data)
* Refresh website content and help schedule social posts.
* Produce simple content and presentations.
* Build basic reports/dashboards and do competitor research.
* Experiment with AI tools to streamline how we work.
What you'll bring
