Senior HR Advisor/ HR Manager- Maternity Cover South Croydon 42 weeks per year, Term-Time only role Actual salary for 42 weeks- £35,500 My client is a highly successful multi-academy trust who is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor/ HR Manager to oversee the HR function within a busy secondary school. This is a standalone role covering the full HR function from recruitment, contracts and safer recruitment compliance to absence management, payroll, employee relations and staff training oversight.Youll be a trusted partner to line managers and senior leaders, keeping everything running smoothly and in line with employment legislation and best practice. What were looking for: CIPD Level 3 or 5 or extensive relevant experience Solid HR generalist experience with strong employment law knowledge Payroll management experience and PAYE knowledge Excellent attention to detail, discretion and communication skills Experience in education is desirable but not essential This position is for 35 hours a week, term time plus 3 weeks, Monday to Friday.
