The Role
As a KS1 Teacher, you will deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and build strong foundations in learning. Working within a supportive year group team, your responsibilities will include:
• Planning and teaching the KS1 curriculum in line with national expectations
• Creating a nurturing, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet diverse needs
• Working closely with teaching assistants, parents, and senior leaders
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and confident ECTs seeking valuable KS1 experience within a supportive setting.
