Role Overview
As a Field Service Engineer you’ll travel across West London, installing new broadband, TV and telephone services and troubleshooting any issues that arise. This role is technical but also customer‑focused: you’re the friendly face of Virgin Media O2, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.
What You’ll Do
 * Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services in customers’ homes.
 * Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected.
 * Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied and smiling.
 * Work independently with the support of a dedicated team and mentor.
