As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our friendly management team. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Team Leader, youll play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of care we deliver. Youll combine hands-on care with leadership responsibilities including supervising and mentoring Care Practitioners, conducting client care reviews, and working closely with the management team to ensure high standards are met at all times. Your Responsibilities will include: Carrying out regular care plan and medication reviews. Acting as the first point of contact for your team. Carrying out competency assessments, spot checks, quality assurance checks and supervisions. Sharing knowledge and best practice across the team. Providing direct care to clients. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). A minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant care setting. Strong understanding of CQC standards and best practice. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Confidence supporting, mentoring and supervising others. A calm, professional approach. Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. Weekday and evening availability plus alternate weekend availability.
