We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join Puller Memorial Primary School. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their teaching assistant career. As an HLTA, you will: Support teaching and learning across the school, working closely with the SENCO and class teachers. Monitor and lead interventions, helping to evaluate pupil progress and impact. Direct and guide other teaching assistants in supporting learning. Work with individuals and groups of pupils, including those with SEND, to raise attainment and promote independence. Deliver lessons or lead learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff. Help foster a positive, nurturing and inclusive learning environment. We are looking for someone who: Has experience supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND. Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and a proactive approach. Works well as part of a small, collaborative team and brings a sense of humour and flexibility.
