We are recruiting an Engagement Officer to join the Adult Social Care Engagement Team. This role focuses on strengthening both internal and external engagement within Adult Social Care, championing the voices of staff, individuals, families, and carers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on external engagement initiatives and design programmes to enhance engagement.
* Develop new engagement groups and ensure meaningful and impactful individual involvement.
* Launch and lead community involvement groups across Medway, facilitating feedback and strengthening services.
* Explore new and innovative ways to share and develop engagement work.
Qualifications & Experience
The person specification is divided into three levels (A, B, C). Candidates should be able to demonstrate:
* Knowledge, experience, and skills required at Level A.
* Experience that meets Level B or C criteria, if applicable.
* Ability to identify how they meet the criteria through application.
