Senior Valuation Surveyor/ Associate Director
Location: Manchester city centre (hybrid working)
Remuneration: £45,000-£75,000 (salary commensurate with level of experience, including a car allowance) + market leading benefits package

The Role
Undertake commercial valuation work for a wide range of clients spanning the public and private sector, including residential developers, local governments, investment and pension funds, and large landowners. A core element of the role is producing clear, accurate valuation reports ready for Director review and approval. Main duties include:
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across the valuation function and wider team to take personal accountability for progressing your own instructions.
* Pursue opportunities to expand the North West Valuation offering.
* Lead Property Valuations – assess commercial properties and portfolios for a variety of public and private sector clients in the North West.
* Research Property Markets – look into local property trends and prices to assist with valuations.
* Communicate with Clients – respond to valuation‑related queries professionally and helpfully.
Role Requirements
* MRICS/FRICS qualification and RICS registered Valuer status.
* A passion for building great relationships with external and internal clients.
* A good working knowledge of the RICS ‘Red Book’ and relevant guidance notes.
* Strong report writing skills.
* Experience in loan security and asset valuations, preferably in a desirable market.
