This is a remote-first role, with a focus on partnering with key offices along the South Coast (Southampton through to Eastbourne) your estate agency lead source. You’ll be building relationships with the introducers while managing your pipeline flexibly from home.

What we’re looking for:
* CeMAP qualified
* Minimum 2 years’ advising experience
* Strong relationship-building skills (comfortable being client and branch-facing)
* Full UK driving licence
* Own laptop and mobile phone
* Self-motivated with a business-builder mindset
