Job Title: Special Projects & Key Accounts Manager
đ Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8.30â5PM MonâFri)
Join Our Growing Team at Team Stop & The Ref Stop! Weâre looking for a motivated and strategic Special Projects & Key Accounts Manager to join our Chorley HQ. This is a senior role focused on managing our key accounts, including clubs and organisations in the professional football game, and leading special projects across our brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact
* Leading special projects, including strategic initiatives for clubs and organisations
* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects and client needs are delivered on time and to a high standard
* Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and deliver added value
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on project progress and account performance
* Supporting senior leadership with planning and executing initiatives across the business
What Weâre Looking For
* Experience in account management, project management, or client-facing roles, ideally within sports, retail, or related industries
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills â youâll be the bridge between clients and internal teams
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
* Confidence in managing high-profile accounts and special projects from start to finish
