Clinical Measurement Service Manager

Are you passionate about patient care and team leadership? Do you have experience working directly with patients and want to take the next step in your career? If so, our Clinical Imaging and Measurement team would love to hear from you!

We are looking for a Clinical Measurement Service Manager to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining clinical work with service management. You'll play a key role in delivering high‑quality diagnostic imaging that supports the treatment and diagnosis of patients with osteoporosis and rheumatology conditions.

What we're looking for:

* Experience in imaging or taking measurements with patients
* Strong organisational skills to manage timetables and resources effectively
* A collaborative leader who creates a supportive team environment


Main duties of the job

What you'll do:

* Lead and support a dedicated team of technologists and assistants
* Organise staff rotas and patient schedules to ensure smooth service delivery
* Perform bone densitometry (DXA) scans and Microvascular imaging (thermography and nailfold capillaroscopies)
* Maintain quality standards and contribute to service development

Job responsibilities

Qualifications and experience

* Postgraduate qualification in a medical field
* Relevant MSc or higher degree
* On Voluntary Register as Clinical Technologist, or state registered e.g. HCPC
* Attended management courses
* Presented work at a National level


Knowledge and Experience

* Experience of performing physiological measurement or radiological assessments of patients
* Experience of successfully managing and motivating staff
* Experience of working in DEXA or Microvascular services
