The Successful Applicant
A successful Nursery Manager should have:
11. A recognised qualification in childcare or early years education.
12. Experience in managing a childcare or educational setting.
13. Strong knowledge of regulations and standards within the education sector.
14. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
15. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
