Job Description: As a Lettings Advisor Apprentice, you will support our lettings team in administrative tasks. You will be involved in managing our customers through the lettings process, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for Bromford and customers. You will receive comprehensive training and mentoring to develop your skills and knowledge in the housing sector. You will be enrolled in a relevant apprenticeship programme, gaining valuable industry-specific skills while earning qualifications in Housing and Property Management You will enjoy being busy and working on a variety of administrative tasks to develop your skills and knowledge. You will, once trained, be a point of contact for our customers, colleagues, and external partners to manage lettings applications to support our customers move to a home which meets their needs. Responsibilities: Support with lettings-related administrative tasks, including the preparation and management of tenancy agreements and other related paperwork Assist with arranging property viewings and provide information to prospective customers Maintain accurate information and records Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless lettings process. Handle queries in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For: Enthusiasm for learning and a keen interest in the housing sector A team player who can demonstrate a positive attitude Detail-oriented and methodical under pressure Flexibility to meet team and customer needs Honesty with strong confidentiality skills No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths (desirable).
