Salary: £25,000 - 25,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a graduate IT Support Analyst with knowledge of corporate infrastructure and custom and standard software packages. We require experience or strong knowledge of Azure AVD, Windows Server 2019/2022, and Microsoft 365. We expect the ability to administer computers and users in Active Directory. We value knowledge of VOIP systems. We require experience using Zendesk or similar service desk software. We need the ability to set up and configure new user PC and laptop hardware. We require experience in hardware maintenance, including coordination with third-party suppliers and contractors. We are unable to provide sponsorship for this position. Responsibilities: We provide technical support to staff members by phone and email, and maintain detailed records of all IT requests. We keep users informed about the status of their tickets and manage expectations effectively. We ensure the delivery of an efficient service that maintains a high level of user satisfaction. We troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving systems, applications, and technologies through remote access or direct user support. We proactively manage service desk queues, handle unassigned tickets, and continuously update work information. We facilitate and support internal office relocations for IT equipment and complete new user configurations. We manage cabling and network patching. We handle inventory and asset management. We assist with application and infrastructure projects.
