Our successful Risk Division who are dedicated to safeguarding NFU Mutual’s future by identifying, assessing, and managing risks with a focus on guidance, protection and assurance, have an opening within the Operational Risk and Resilience Team for a driven and inquisitive Information Risk Management Analyst. As an Information Security Risk Analyst, your role focuses on assessing Information security risks and analysing methods to protect the business from cyber threats. This includes developing risk management strategies, conducting training, reviewing current standards, policies and frameworks, and assessing guidance. You’ll measure Information Security risk through conducting research, assessing controls and conducting gap analysis and make recommendations to stakeholders. Additions duties include: Provide day-to-day guidance to managers on matters of Information Security risk and support corporate and regulatory obligations. Assess and support the management of Information Security risk and breaches, including root cause analysis and NFUM disclosure, to maintain regulatory compliance. Help design, develop, and deliver cyber risk protection training. Manage a policy compliance framework and maintain an enterprise-wide exceptions register to ensure adherence to Group policies. Support change and procurement projects by ensuring security, data protection, and policy requirements are met by the Group and its suppliers. Assess and report on third-party compliance with data protection and security standards to ensure the Group’s information is safeguarded. About youExisting experience in cyber risk and/or risk management is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided. What really matters is a strong drive to learn and grow in the role. We're looking for someone who is curious and analytical, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive mindset are also key.
