We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused sales professional to join our Partnerships Team as our Energy Sales Consultant. Working closely with our trusted network of Partners, you will act as the link between our partners and their customers. This is a hands on telephone based sales role where you will take ownership of building your pipeline, develop customer relationships and play a key role in supporting partner success and driving continued company growth.

Position
* Build strong customer relationships through a consultative sales approach
* Identify business customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions
* Generate revenue through the sale of energy contracts and additional services
* Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline using the CRM system
* Continuously update the CRM, ensuring you know which customers to call and when
* Follow up leads promptly and maintain excellent customer service standards
* Engage with partners and provide portfolio updates when required
* Process contracts and quotes accurately in line with supplier requirements
* Stay informed on market trends, legislation and developments within the energy sector
Requirements
* Minimum 2 year's experience in outbound B2B sales
* Proven sales record with a strong desire to achieve targets
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills (internal and external)
* Passion to deliver excellent customer service
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Experience using CRM systems
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
* Previous experience in energy sales is desirable although not essential as is experience using Zoho CRM
