Vibe Recruit is currently seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in South Wales. The company specialises in producing high-quality metal standing seam systems for roof and wall applications, known for their durability, sustainability, and strong customer support. Location Based in Monmouth Flexibility to travel in line with business requirements Working Hours Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm Friday: 7:00am - 12:00 noon 39 hours per week Salary £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience) Key Responsibilities Set up and operate brake press machines to form and bend metal components Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work orders Perform quality checks to ensure finished parts meet required specifications Adjust machine settings and tooling as required Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Person Specification Ability to read and understand technical drawings Competent in using measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Able to work independently and as part of a team If this role sounds of interest to you and you would like to find out more, then why not click apply today and one of our team will come back to you!
