Responsibilities
* Perform routine servicing, diagnostics, and warranty work for Audi vehicles, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance without supervision.
* Accurately analyse work orders, ensuring the correct diagnosis and work required.
* Maintain the highest standard of craftsmanship and work in line with the latest technical guidance.
* Support the Workshop Controller in scheduling, prioritizing, and supervising service work to ensure top-notch quality and efficiency.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow technicians, sharing technical insights and helping to maintain a collaborative work environment.
* Actively engage in continuous learning, attending master technician-specific courses and sharing new information with your team.
* Ensure vehicles are returned to customers in perfect working condition, adhering to Audi and industry safety standards.
Qualifications
* Advanced technical knowledge and experience working with Audi vehicles (or equivalent high-end cars).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
* A proactive approach to suggesting improvements and maintaining safe and efficient work practices.
