Quick Staff UK are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, well-established vehicle dealership in the Caerphilly area. If you have a background in automotive service advising and enjoy working in a fast-paced front-of-house environment, this could be a superb next step.
About the Role
As one of the first points of contact for customers, you’ll be the welcoming face of the dealership — checking in vehicles, creating job cards, handling queries and keeping customers fully updated throughout the service process.
You’ll also play a key role in coordinating planned maintenance, managing repair estimates, and liaising closely with transport teams to ensure fleet vehicles remain compliant and road-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting customers, checking in vehicles, and creating accurate job cards
* Answering telephone enquiries and providing timely customer updates
* Responding professionally to emails and general service queries
* Preparing estimates for repairs and coordinating invoicing
* Planning scheduled maintenance and managing workshop workload
* Handling ad-hoc bookings, breakdown dossiers, and urgent requests
Working weekly alternating shifts:
* Monday–Friday 07:00–15:30
* Monday–Friday 09:30–18:00
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector
* Enthusiastic, proactive individual with a “can-do” attitude
* Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
* Ability to adapt quickly in a busy, changing environment
* Strong organisational skills and confidence prioritising workload
* A team player who can build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
