Join the Culinary Team at Glasgow Marriott Hotel! We're on the lookout for a talented Chef de Partie to help deliver outstanding food across our dynamic dining outlets. As Chef de Partie, you'll take charge of your designated kitchen section, ensuring every dish meets our high standards and follows the guidance and recipes set by the Executive Chef. You'll mentor junior team members while upholding hygiene and safety standards.
Responsibilities
* Craft high-quality dishes with consistency and presentation in mind
* Maintain exceptional hygiene and comply with health & safety regulations
* Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen staff for smooth operations
* Supervise and support Commis Chefs within your section
* Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef
* Uphold Marriott’s policies and procedures

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices
