Payroll Assistant – Part Time – 22 hours per week
Ramboll are looking for a Part Time Payroll Assistant to assist the Payroll Team Leader providing cover during a period of maternity leave. Do you have previous payroll experience? Are you looking for flexible working hours? Are you looking for hybrid working?

Responsibilities:
* Support the Payroll Team Leader with processing the monthly Ramboll UK payroll.
* Answering Payroll questions raised by employees via our ticketing system.
* Assist with statutory leave processes (Maternity, Paternity, Shared Parental Leave, Adoption)
* Assist with pension reconciliation and processing.
* Eventually take ownership of internal Payroll processes, i.e. overtime and time & attendance reporting
What we are looking for:
* Ideally experience of using ADP and or Workday, but not essential.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks.
* Competent IT, Excel, Word & Outlook knowledge.
* Ability to adapt to working on your own and as a team member.
* Proactive and positive approach.
* Open to change
