Concierge
Location: Colindale
Salary £26,
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9-6pm ( 1 Saturday a Month)
I'm partnered with a well known build to rent company who is actively looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to the residents of a large residential rental development with communal facilities. The role involves welcoming all entrants to the building, providing an excellent quality and high value residential environment for a wide mix of residents, occupiers, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responding to email and phone enquiries in a timely and courteous manner
2. Assisting with preparation of check-in and check-out reports, completing property inductions with new residents
3. Preparing inventories for apartments and ensuring these are returned by new tenants
4. Conducting viewings to prospective tenants, recording the feedback on our marketing software and sending follow-up emails
5. Implementing and supporting branded marketing campaigns
6. Assisting with deposit protection scheme set up and releases
7. Assisting with move in / move out customer journey procedures
8. Assisting with the collection of rents, ensuring collection and deposit on a timely basis
9. Utilising the property management system to record various transactions and navigate tenant information, producing AST contracts and renewal contracts
10. Representing the company brand by providing exceptional service to residents, prospective tenants, contractors, and visitors
11. Communicating effectively and courteously with residents and colleagues, clearly understanding and responding to their needs
12. Assisting in promoting a neighbourly and community atmosphere including contributing to the resident events programme
13. Undertaking activities to recognise and celebrate long-term residents
14. Assisting the General Manager with resolving customer complaints
15. Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service process to help develop brand and ways of working
16. Active involvement in obtaining regular 5* reviews for the property
Requirements
17. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
20. Good organisational skills and attention to detail
21. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
22. Knowledge of deposit protection schemes and AST contracts
23. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
