Responsibilities
* Responsible for the upkeep of the site and facilities.
* Help implement the maintenance regime for facility services.
* Supervise contractors and manage relationships.
* Raise purchase requisitions for ongoing facilities services, projects, and contracts.
* Compile asset registers.
* Service and monitor facilities requests.
* Keep compliance records up to date.
* Complete EHS corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures.
* Maintain and improve office space standards, including personnel moves.
* Maintain utilities records.
* Perform other duties necessary to meet business needs.
Qualifications
* Higher education or equivalent.
* Experience in customer-focused response services.
* Experience coordinating work activities.
* Skilled in trade-related tasks.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Physical & Environmental Demands
* Work outdoors.
Time Travel Required
* Up to 20% travel required.
