About the Role

You will play a key role in connecting data, strategy, and commercial decision‑making to drive growth across a large‑scale digital platform.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and develop performance frameworks to track and evaluate business performance
- Assess key drivers of growth across customer engagement, usage, and revenue
- Support strategic decision-making through structured analysis and business case development
- Evaluate and prioritise initiatives across product, marketing, and commercial functions
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance planning processes
- Provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Establish and improve performance tracking and reporting processes
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in performance management, commercial analytics, or strategy roles
- Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting revenue growth and investment decisions
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear business recommendations
- Experience building business cases and evaluating ROI
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑making
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to structure complex challenges
- Experience in fast‑paced, consumer‑focused or digital environments
