You will play a key role in connecting data, strategy, and commercial decision‑making to drive growth across a large‑scale digital platform.
Role & Responsibilities
* Own and develop performance frameworks to track and evaluate business performance
* Assess key drivers of growth across customer engagement, usage, and revenue
* Support strategic decision-making through structured analysis and business case development
* Evaluate and prioritise initiatives across product, marketing, and commercial functions
* Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance planning processes
* Provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders
* Establish and improve performance tracking and reporting processes
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in performance management, commercial analytics, or strategy roles
* Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting revenue growth and investment decisions
* Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear business recommendations
* Experience building business cases and evaluating ROI
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑making
* Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to structure complex challenges
* Experience in fast‑paced, consumer‑focused or digital environments
