A newly developed post has been created to join the commissioning team at Barts Health NHS Trust as the Highly Specialist Pharmacist - Sub-Regional Immunoglobulin Assessment Panel (SRIAP) for North East London (NEL). We are seeking an ambitious individual to lead the development of SRIAP, supporting enhanced clinical stewardship of immunoglobulin across the North East London region. This will include coordination of immunoglobulin referrals from all three acute Trusts within NEL. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with NHS England (NHSE), the NEL SRIAP panel, and Barts Health NHS Trust to support the development of patient pathways, ensuring timely and appropriate access to immunoglobulin (Ig). The post holder will also work with senior clinicians, commissioners, and regional medicines optimisation teams to support safe, evidence-based, and cost-effective use of immunoglobulins across secondary care.

We welcome applications from individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who are able to work effectively across systems. Joining our team will provide the support and opportunities to further develop your capabilities within Barts Health and the wider healthcare system.

* Collaborate with commissioners to establish and monitor KPIs.
* Support development of patient pathways to ensure timely and appropriate access to Ig.
* Ensure the minimum data set is fulfilled to enable patients to be discussed at the SRIAP and that all patients discussed meet these requirements.
