About Your Role
We are currently on the lookout for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team at Brio Retirement Village. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a restaurant setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
In this role, you will:
* Provide friendly and effective service to customers across all areas of the catering department.
* Communicate with customers and maintain a helpful attitude at all times.
* Ensure food is presented and served in a clean and hygienic environment.
* Keep tables and accompaniments clean and adequately stocked.
Please note: This is a part-time position covering 12 hours per week with shifts on:
* Wednesday: 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM
* Friday: 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM
* Sunday: 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Occasional flexibility may be required outside of these hours. This position is based at GL54 1FP.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* A high level of customer service skills.
* Strong communication abilities.
* Previous food handling experience (preferred).
* A food hygiene certificate (or be working towards one).
* The motivation to excel during busy periods.
Experience in a restaurant or café setting is a plus!
