Main Purpose of Job:
To provide a professional, high-quality advice and support service on the full range of HR matters to schools, academies, school-based staff and external clients.
To support the development of the Schools HR function in line with our vision and values, identifying and developing business opportunities with existing and new customers.
To develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with customers based on professional credibility, excellent customer-care and solution-focused advice.
To advise on the TA Proposal regarding terms and conditions, casework, pre-employment checks and training, acting as the employers representative.
