We are currently looking for an experienced Support Worker looking for a career with an award-winning charity.

Who will you be supporting?

* We are diverse in many ways with ages from 46 to 66 and varied needs including visual and hearing impairments, autism and learning disabilities.
* We have a trained staff team familiar with supporting individuals with similar needs.

Where do we live?

* Widnes with a town centre nearby, good shops and supermarkets.
* Bus routes close by and not far from the local train station.

What do we enjoy doing and what is important to us?

* Outdoor activities such as rambling and walking.
* Interests include listening to music, visiting coffee shops, local shopping, home baking and social outings.
* We are fun-loving, kind, caring, respectful of personal space and belongings, with a love of music.
* We prefer calm environments and may be upset by loud or bossy behaviour.

Other important information

* There are always at least 2 colleagues on shift.
* Typical shifts include mornings from ~7am to afternoons, up to 10:30pm, plus Sleep-In shifts.
* Our team has specialist training in autism and learning disabilities.
