We are supporting our client with an exciting Senior Associate, Resource Planning opportunity. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analysing and forecasting the organisation’s workforce needs, ensuring the right people with the right skills are in the right roles to achieve strategic objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, develop data-driven strategies, and contribute to optimising the workforce to drive organisational success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Analyse and forecast the organisation’s current and future workforce needs
* Ensure the right people with the right skills are in the right roles to meet strategic objectives
* Develop and implement resourcing strategies to optimise workforce planning
* Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the workforce
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to align resourcing plans with business goals
* Support decision-making with accurate reporting, insights, and recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Proven experience in resourcing, workforce planning, HR analytics, or a related field
* Experience analysing workforce data and forecasting future resourcing needs
* Exposure to collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities

* Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time management skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders
