/Responsibilities:
Scope of the Role:
1. Day to day management of assigned parts
2. Process Order and Repair Requisitions
3. Action all demand requisitions on a daily basis using Required Delivery Dates as the mechanism to prioritise requirements.
4. Escalation of known problems and any risk to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to Supply Chain Management
5. Support Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) for spares that fail their Required Delivery Date (RDD), reporting completed analysis to P-8A Supply Chain Management
6. Generate supply solutions of assigned parts for those requirements not immediately available.
7. Efficiently prioritise all tasks and work to best support the business needs.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with support organisations to ensure a seamless support is provided
9. Conduct Supply Chain Support activities in line with Business Unit Processes and Procedures.
10. Review and amend Processes and Procedures when gaps/errors are identified during the day to day activities
11. Mentor junior members of the team in Supply Chain Best Practices and help resolve minor issues as they become experienced
12. Provide SME guidance and support to internal stakeholders for long-range Programme requirements
13. Host meetings pertinent to the success of assigned RAAs.
14. Support ad-hoc tasks allocated by management to support business requirements
15. Provide out of hours service as required.
Program/Enterprise
16. Adopt Boeing best practices to identify Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities and participate in Employee Involvement (EI) projects to identify Cost Reduction Initiatives (CRI).
17. Develop individual WorkLife priorities to be aligned with Business priorities
18. Take actions to manage and complete directed WorkLife priorities by the manager
19. Correctly and diligently record all your accrued labour time in WorkLife on a daily basis against the correct and authorised activity ID.
20. Travel to external meetings with suppliers, customers etc. as approved.

Systems:
29. SAP, GOLDMRO, EXTENDER, BASE, BPP, SPO/SPM, BORIS, IQDS, VECTOR, Workday/WorkLife, TURTLE.
REQUIRED, BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
30. Experience of Supply Chain activities & operations, ideally within the Aviation/Defense industry in a fast-paced working environment.
31. Experience of Supply Chain ERP systems
32. Flexible, highly motivated with a pro-active approach to assigned duties.
33. Able to work within a small and dynamic team.
34. Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word. Excel and PowerPoint).
35. Demonstrate sound communication skills to deal with all customers and colleagues.
36. Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (nice to have):
37. Experience working with SAP, Military Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI), Government On-Line Data (GOLD) would be an advantageous but not essential.
38. CIPS Qualifications would be advantageous
39. Prior knowledge/ experience working with a commercial airline operating 737 or the Royal Air Force will be an advantage.
This position requires the ability to obtain a UK security Clearance for which the UK Government requires UK residency. The successful candidate will hold, or have the ability to obtain, Security Clearance (SC)
