An exciting opportunity has been created for a Data Reporting and Process Analyst within the central Project Management Office (PMO) team at Leonardo. We are looking for someone who has significant experience of data toolsets (ideally SAP, SAP4Hana, Power BI as a minimum), a significant proportion of the role will be the Subject Matter Expert for all the Engineering and Project Management policies such as Life Cycle Management, Earned Value Management, Work Breakdown Structures & project lifecycles amongst others. You will be responsible for performing desktop and face to face project reviews with IPT's across the Leonardo UK sites. You will also be responsible for collating all the project and engineering data held within our internal reporting systems (SAP / BOBJ / Power BI) and presenting the data in report formats used to brief senior management.
What you'll do as a Lead Data Reporting & Process Analyst
You will be responsible for extracting engineering, project and program management data from the internal tools (SAP / BOBJ/ P6 Primavera) and presenting the data into easy-to-read reports to be used across project teams and senior management.
You will be expected to draft a project audit plan, identify trends in projects at all stages of the life cycle and propose solutions to improve project performance.
You should have sound working knowledge of Key Performance Indicators and be prepared to perform deep analysis of current project / engineering data.
You will lead on the development of processes, tooling, reports and assist with dashboards development and on occasion support the delivery of training to integrated project team members.

5. A natural curiosity and enthusiasm for problem‑solving
6. The capability to analyse large datasets to identify trends

This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
