* Leadership skills to build, direct and develop a skilled and a collaborative team
* Excellent time management, planning and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise workload effectively, and working with attention to detail
* Strong business acumen and negotiation capability, ability to solve complex issues, exercise sound judgement and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis

Experience & Qualifications Required
* Demonstrated track record of success in supporting complex commercial procurements
* Worked within a complex multi-national business with a commercial background
* Experience with procurement management tools and risk analysis
* Experience researching new suppliers / categories and making recommendations.
* Preparing budgets and forecasting purchasing trends
* Compile reports on supplier performance and statistics.
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Qualifications in procurement, business, economics, marketing, or related field preferred.
* Working to or achieved a Higher National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Supply, Purchasing and Logistics, Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, or Marketing
