Overview
Analytics Engineer – Birmingham (hybrid) – £40,000 to £50,000 per annum – Maternity Cover (7 Month FTC).
I am pleased to be partnering with a forward-thinking organisation as they seek an Analytics Engineer. You will contribute to the development of strategic data products, support stakeholders across the organisation, and enhance your expertise in Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Agile.
Responsibilities
* Develop strategic data products using Power BI to provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the organisation.
* Design, build, and maintain data pipelines within Azure Data Factory to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of information.
* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate their needs into effective technical solutions that drive business outcomes.
* Utilise Azure DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines, version control management, and foster collaborative development practices among team members.
Requirements
* Knowledge of Power BI including advanced data modelling techniques and DAX functions for building insightful dashboards.
* Experience designing and managing data pipelines within Azure Data Factory that guarantee a consistent, trustworthy flow of information.
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps for supporting CI/CD pipelines, version control processes, and collaborative development environments.
* Excellent communication abilities enabling you to present complex insights effectively to both technical audiences and non-technical stakeholders.
