Criminology Graduate – Classroom Behaviour Mentor

Protocol Education is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who need guidance, structure, and positive role models.
In this role, you will:
* Work closely with students displaying challenging behaviour
* Support behaviour interventions and strategies
* Help pupils stay engaged and focused in lessons
* Act as a positive influence and mentor
* Gain hands‑on experience relevant to youth justice and safeguarding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
