Position Overview
A position has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to undertake the role of Rota Coordinator, providing administrative support for the Acute Services Admin Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative support to the Acute Services Admin Team.
* Compile and maintain rotas.
* Complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check as part of the duties of this post.
Key Qualifications
* Excellent keyboard skills.
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
* Previous experience compiling rotas.
* Working knowledge of IT applications, including database systems.
* Good knowledge of office procedures.
* Very good organisational skills and flexibility in approach to work.
