We are looking to recruit a Facilities Support Officer / Site Supervisor to join our existing team within the facilities management business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an awarding winning company, which provides a first class maintenance service to its clients. The role will cover two Extra Care Facility Sites in Stoke, Willow Barns and Oak Priory. The successful candidate will provide pro-active and re-active building maintenance; carrying out routine health and safety checks and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.

About you

Aligned to our ethos and values, you will be an integral part of the team providing a first class maintenance service to our client at Willow Barnes Extra Care Village. Safety and compliance encompasses all aspects of the role, you need to be methodical, organised and have a good set of DIY skills. You will be approachable, confident with excellent communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a dedicated maintenance team.

Your normal hours of work comprise 30 hours (excluding breaks) each week from Monday to Friday, covering 5 days out of 7 between the times of Monday to Saturday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. You will be required to work on call as part of a rota system.
