The Role
As an Electrician, you'll deliver high-quality electrical work across occupied and void properties, ensuring all work meets statutory requirements and customer expectations.
Your duties will include:
* EICR Testing and LD2 compliance upgrades
* Installation, repairs, and maintenance of consumer units
* General electrical maintenance, inspection, and testing
* Fault finding, reporting defects, and completing EICR certificates electronically
* Working safely in line with current electrical regulations and Health & Safety legislation
* Maintaining accurate digital records via tablet or smartphone
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Qualified: NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition
* Experienced: At least 2 years' trade experience, ideally within housing maintenance or similar environments
* Competent in fault diagnosis, testing, and inspection
* Customer-focused, self-motivated, and organised
* IT literate, confident using tablets and mobile systems
Salary: £25 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
