Main tasks
* Administrative support for daily workshop operations, including document handling, data entry, and correspondence
* Maintenance of service logs, part orders, and workshop schedules
* Procurement and inventory management of workshop tools, supplies, and consumables
* Budget tracking and reporting for equipment and production-related expenses
* Coordination of purchase orders and invoice processing
* Support in organizing race and test event logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements
* Preparation of documentation for motorsport events (e.g., customs clearance, technical reports)
* Internal communication support between workshop staff, engineers, and management
* Assistance with HR-related administrative tasks (e.g., timekeeping, payroll support)
* Organization of internal meetings, briefings, and workshops
* Documentation and compliance tracking (e.g., machine service records, TÜV inspections)
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training or degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
* Several years of experience in administration, logistics, or operations, ideally in motorsport or automotive environments
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
* Experience in budget handling and procurement processes
* Knowledge of motorsport logistics and FIA/WRC regulations is an advantage
* Fluent in German and English
* High level of reliability, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
