Clinical Systems Training and Development Officer
Band 5, Full Time (Monday-Friday) – Castle Hill Hospital.
The Digital Systems Deployment and Support team is responsible for the implementation, development and ongoing management and support of the Trust’s Digital Strategy, which aims to transform the Trust into a “digitised enterprise”. This role focuses on developing, maintaining and delivering end‑user training provision and ongoing support for new digital systems, including the TeleTracking bed‑management system.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and maintain end‑user training provision and support.
* Deliver training to staff on the TeleTracking system and other clinical digital applications.
* Work within the Digital Support and Implementation Team to meet strict deadlines and support system implementation.
Qualifications and experience:
* Experience developing and delivering end‑user training within an NHS environment, using clinical and patient administrative systems.
* Ability to describe relevant knowledge and skills that contribute to the Digital Clinical Systems Training Team.
* Self‑motivated, able to work without supervision and take initiative.
